If a lawyer / attorney represents you and settles your
case under the MDL926 Revised Settlement Program ( manufacturers:
Bristol, Baxter, 3M and Mcghan) or the upcoming Dow Corning Settlement (
Settlement Facility Dow Corning Trust ), the attorney fee has been
ordered by the court as follows.

If your lawyer / attorney filed a lawsuit against the
manufacturer of your breast implants and you "Opted Out" of the Revised
Settlement Program, and/or plan to Opt-out of the upcoming Dow Corning
Settlement (Settlement Facility Dow Corning Trust), the legal fees are
set by the law of your state. Under Florida law, the fees are as
follows:
1. If settled before a
lawsuit is filed and answered:
33-1/3% of any amount up to $1,000,000
30% of any amount between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000
20% of any amount above $2,000,000
2. If settled after a lawsuit is filed and answered; or after demand
for arbitration; or if tried by
a jury, judge or arbitration panel:
40% of any amount up to $1,000,000
30% of any amount between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000
20% of any amount above $2,000,000
3. If a Defendant admits liability and the only issue
at trial is the amount of damages, the
attorney's fee on the verdict will be as follows:
33-1/3% of any amount up to $1,000,000
20% of any amount between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000
15% of any amount above $2,000,000
