Step 1: Eligibility. To be eligible for benefits for any of the implant benefits, one must have had breast implants placed in their body before June 1, 1993. If such is the case, continue to the next step. Also, this settlement does not apply to women who were considered a foreign claimant at the time of implantation. Step 2: Identify the manufacturer(s).
