Are you unable
to receive benefits because you do not know who made your silicone or saline
breast implants?
If you would like to file a claim for benefits under the Revised Settlement Program
(MDL926), or the upcoming Dow Corning Bankruptcy (Settlement Facility
Dow Corning Trust) for your breast implants, but
are unable to do so because
you do not have acceptable "proof of manufacturer," there is good news.
Once removed, you can send the old implant(s) off to be professionally
identified for a reasonable fee.
Your implants will be professionally identified by
Dr. Mike Resch of Resch Engineering, who is among other things, a renown breast implant
specialist. His findings are recognized by the Revised Settlement
Claims Office and Settlement
Facility Dow Corning Trust. He will carefully
examine and photograph your implants, documenting in an Affidavit all
"Unique Identifiers" which will identify the implant maker.
The evidence will then be returned to you. For more
